General
This website (https://site.aharongedalia.com) is operated by Aharon Gedalia, an independent wedding photographer. I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting the personal information you provide to me, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its Amendment No. 13 (which took effect on August 14, 2025).
What information is collected
When you fill out the contact form, I collect the names of the bride and groom, your phone number, the wedding date, the wedding venue, the estimated number of guests, how you heard about me, and any notes you choose to share. The server also logs basic technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, traffic source) for security and operational purposes only.
What the information is used for
The information is used solely so that I can get back to you about your inquiry, prepare a personal quote tailored to your wedding, and manage our working relationship if you choose to book my photography services. I do not use the information for any other purpose.
Information sharing
The information is stored in my client management system and in the secure infrastructure services it uses. I do not sell, rent, or transfer the information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
Information retention
The information is kept for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry and our working relationship—and after that for up to 7 years, as required by the reporting obligations of a self-employed business owner in Israel. You can ask me to delete the information at any time—see “Your rights.”
Your rights
By law, you are entitled to inspect the information collected about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its use. Send me a written request to the email address below, and I will handle it within 30 days.
Information security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the information is stored in access-controlled systems. I take reasonable measures to protect the information, but, as with any online system, it is impossible to guarantee absolute protection against every risk.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses anonymous analytics tools (Vercel Analytics) that measure traffic at an aggregate level—the number of visits and the pages viewed—without identifying specific users. The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising tracking tools.
